BTS Comeback Concert Day Volunteer Recruitment (March 21, 2026, Gwanghwamun)



On March 21, 2026, a BTS comeback concert will be held in the Gwanghwamun area of Seoul.
On this day, many visitors from both Korea and overseas are expected to gather to attend the concert.

We are recruiting young volunteers who will guide visitors and provide necessary information to those visiting Seoul.
This activity is not a program to watch the concert, but an official volunteer activity to assist with guidance on the day of the event.


What will you do?




The activities are relatively simple.
  • Greet visitors with a bright expression

  • Provide directions to the event venue

  • Give basic information about the concert

  • Offer help to foreign visitors using basic everyday English

For example,
giving directions such as “Left / Right / Straight,”
or using simple expressions like “Toilet is over there.”

Professional-level interpretation skills are not required.
If you can communicate smoothly in Korean and use basic everyday English, that is sufficient.


Activity Schedule



  • Date: Saturday, March 21, 2026

  • Choose one of the following shifts:

    • Day shift: 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM

    • Evening shift: 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM

※ The above hours include pre-training, meals, and travel time to the activity location.


Activity Locations




Around major subway stations near Gwanghwamun and the Foreign Tourist Information Center in Seoul.

Expected assignment areas:

  • Jonggak

  • Jongno 3-ga

  • Anguk

  • Euljiro 1-ga

  • Myeongdong

  • Seodaemun

  • Chungjeongno

※ Activity locations will be assigned after pre-training and cannot be selected individually.
※ After training, participants will walk approximately 10–25 minutes to their assigned locations.


Number of Volunteers



A total of 600 people

  • 300 for the day shift

  • 300 for the evening shift

Applications will close on a first-come, first-served basis.


Eligibility



  • Youth aged 19 to 39

  • Able to communicate smoothly in Korean

  • Able to use basic everyday English


Important Notice



  • This volunteer activity does not include concert admission.

  • Volunteers will not be assigned inside the concert venue or in areas where the concert can be viewed.

The purpose of this activity is to support event operations, not to watch the concert.

Online Orientation (OT)

An online orientation (approximately 30 minutes) will be conducted prior to the activity.
Participation is mandatory; absence will result in disqualification from volunteering.
